TBCCC Welcomes New Steering Committee Member Paula Gendreau

Tampa Bay Clean Cities Coalition is excited to welcome new Steering Committee member Paula Gendreau, Business Development Manager for TECO Peoples Gas! She will be replacing Joanne Toussaint, who is retiring from Peoples Gas and has served on the TBCCC Steering Committee since 2022. As we congratulate Joanne on reaching this milestone, we also want to thank her for her contributions to TBCCC. Enjoy your next adventure, Joanne!

Paula is an experienced energy leader, currently serving as manager of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) at TECO Peoples Gas, where she leads the development and growth of CNG markets serving transit, refuse, and school bus fleets, as well as emerging portable CNG applications. Her expertise spans both strategic market development and operational execution across alternative fuel infrastructure. Previously, she managed Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) plants with both liquefaction and vaporization capabilities, giving her deep technical and commercial insight into the full natural gas value chain. Her experience and insights will be valuable assets to our coalition.
