Our 450+ members and stakeholders work to reduce petroleum use to create a cleaner, safer Tampa Bay.

Investing in alternative fuels like electricity, biofuels, natural gas, and propane leads to improved health and welfare of our community and a robust regional economy. 

Our dues-paying member help to support a robust, active coalition and facilitite adoption of alternative fuels in our region.

University of South Florida

Parking & Transportation Services

The University of South Florida (USF) Parking & Transportation Services (PATS) is the university's division for managing parking facilities and services, including the Bull Runner bus system. The Bull Runner fleet consists of 25 transit buses that run on B20. In 2021, USF welcomed its first all-electric transit bus to the fleet.
